Allow us to take the stress and hassle out of entertaining so you can mingle with your guests and participate your special evening. We prepare an entire meal from scratch, tailored to your preferences in your home kitchen.
Private Dinners, Brunch and Special Events
LET US PROVIDE YOU WITH AN EXCLUSIVE DINNER RESERVATION IN TOWN AT YOUR OWN TABLE. ENTRUST ABOVE & BEYOND LLC TO MAKE THE EVENING UNFORGETTABLE. ONE OF OUR HAND-SELECTED PRIVATE CHEFS WILL CREATE A COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED MENU, SHOP FOR INGREDIENTS, AND PREPARE THE DINNER IN YOUR KITCHEN. YOUR IMAGINATION IS THE LIMIT, BUT WE'RE GLAD TO GIVE YOU A CREATIVE NUDGE OR TWO.
How it works
How do we begin? First, a complimentary, no-obligation consultation will take place between you and The Chef through email, phone, or in person. During the consultation process, you and The Chef will discuss your and your family's dietary requirements/restrictions, taste preferences, and cuisine style to determine what type of menu would be best for you.
The Chef will research, plan, and develop a custom menu designed around your specific requirements and desires. Once The Chef has created your final menu, it will be emailed to you for your approval. Upon approval of your final menu, your service date will be booked and confirmed.
On the morning of your service date your Chef will hand-select the freshest, highest quality ingredients available for your service. Above & Beyond Personal Chef Service source all ingredients from local markets and specialty stores here in Georgia.

We offer a few different styles of service for your private event..
Formal Plated Dinner
Chef Marcus's formal plated dinner service is perfect for special occasions, or just when you want to enjoy restaurant style food and service in your own home. For each Formal Service, Chef Marcus will take the time to collaborate with you to create a menu tailored to your desires, your guest's preferences, and your event's theme. The best part? You'll be able to relax a little bit easier knowing we have the cooking taken care of.
Formal Private Dinners include 2-6 individually plated courses.
Formal Private Dinners are offered for up to 20 guests.At the end of your event, your kitchen is cleaned as we found it (sometimes cleaner!) and you're left with nothing but the aroma of a pleasant meal and satisfied guests. We love to take the time to make your event extra special.
Casual, Banquet, or Family Style Dinner
Chef Marcus's casual, family style, or banquet style dinner service is perfect for any large gathering.
Casual and Banquet Style services are available for up to 25 guests,
and include an array of dishes, sides, and spreads.Chef Marcus will create a custom menu tailored to your event's theme, prepare all dishes in your home kitchen, and serve them family-style to your dinner table, or in an elegant banquet style spread.
Tray Passed and Stationary Hors D'oeuvres

Single bites: tray passed, or butler passed,
Hors d'oeuvres are great for groups of up-to 25 people.We offer hors d'oeuvres in a traditional tray-passed fashion as well as stationary hors d'oevres where guests can help themselves. This is service is perfect for meet-and-greet functions, casual parties, office parties, cocktail parties, wrap parties, open house events and other social events.
Romantic Dinner for Two
Chef Marcus specializes in romantic dinners for two, the perfect way to show your sweetheart that you really care! Relax in an intimate setting, sip wine, and pamper yourselves while Chef Marcus prepares a gourmet multi-course meal in your own kitchen. Hiring a personal chef for your very own date night is a unique, personalized, and thoughtful gift that you and your love will remember for years to come. Talk about love and comfort!
